Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of seeles.ai, SeeleAgent, and related services (the "Platform"), operated by SEELE Technology Limited ("Seele"). It applies to all users, including your inputs (prompts, uploads) and any content you generate. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service; where terms are defined there, they carry the same meaning here.

1. General principle

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights and safety of others. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and this AUP.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Platform to create, upload, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

  • Illegal content or activity — anything that violates applicable law, or that promotes or enables illegal goods, services, or conduct.
  • Harmful or abusive content — content that harasses, threatens, defames, or demeans individuals or groups based on protected characteristics; depictions of violence targeting real people; content promoting self-harm, terrorism, or violent extremism.
  • Child safety violations — any content that sexualizes or exploits minors, which we prohibit absolutely and report to the appropriate authorities.
  • Intellectual property infringement — generating or distributing content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights, including through prompts or uploaded reference material.
  • Privacy violations — using or exposing another person's private or sensitive information without authorization, or generating content that impersonates a real person or entity to deceive.
  • Malware and security abuse — introducing malicious code, or attempting to breach, disrupt, or compromise the Platform, its infrastructure, or other users' systems or accounts.
  • Fraud and deception — creating misleading, fraudulent, or manipulative content, artificial engagement, or spam.
  • Platform and rights abuse — reverse engineering the Platform, using outputs to build a competing model or service, scraping or crawling the Platform through unauthorized automated means, circumventing rate limits or safety controls, or reselling, sublicensing, or sharing access without our written authorization.

3. Consequences of violations

If we become aware of content or behavior that violates this AUP, we may take action at our discretion, including removing content, limiting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement. We may act immediately in cases involving serious harm, illegality, or risk to the Platform or its users.

4. Reporting violations

If you believe someone is violating this AUP, or you encounter content that concerns you, please report it to service@seeles.ai with relevant details so we can investigate.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
